I’d say most of the people I’ve talked to so far are foreign and don’t speak english or there’s some sort of other reason for not being interested (ex husband paying for ex wife to stay, working things out with attorneys already, etc).

I'd be happy to send mine if you'd like a third version, realizing it is a different state.I think it is important to have plain English documents, and lawyers really struggle with keeping things simple.

Any one on this thread  also be careful with lenders who offer money who cannot communicate in basic English..  

Also, at the lower cost levels their English is quite broken but understandable. 

@Jacquelyn Ceasor I have run into Israeli, Argentinian, Canadian, Brazilian, Australian, Chinese, Indian, Maltese, Greek, French and English Investors buy / own Apartment Complexes in the Cleveland market.

@Cory Mccarthy Thank you for the vote of confidence but the number one reason stopping me from going back to school and finishing my degree, other than the fact I don’t really need it because of the training I got in the military, is that dreaded English 110 class I had never completed.

Then hire a lawyer to spell it out to you in plain English.
