If you google "real estate" +business +college +degree, you'll find a number of universities that offer degrees with real estate as a concentration.

There is a lot of suburban growth away from the casinos.Plus, the strip is still the most significant concentration of consistent adult stupidity/debauchery, etc in America, a close second would be Bourbon Street, followed by maybe Miami Beach Ocean Drive.

I would suggest biding your time, concentrate on your education, get your degree, starting bankrolling some cash, and be ready to rock & roll a few years down the track.

Your best option is to defer any thoughts you may have regarding investing and concentrate first on getting your life back on track.
