Most people switching from large companies like Evolve or Vacasa to my PM co are switching because of their reviews. 

We run a STR co-hosting company, and I also call up LTR listings if the property has been on the market for a while.

Realty shares co founder started when he left RS . it but I cant recall his name.. you could google for it and see if they are still operating.  

Several of my STR investor clients here in Colorado have used a designer, and they generally pick a few statement pieces that they spend money on and then go with FB marketplace  or even IKEA for smaller items. 

Make sure you have smoke and CO detectors in appropriate places, GFCI outlets near water, functioning mechanicals, make sure everything is in good condition and you shouldn't have a problem.

I'm actually interviewing PMs and CO Hosts this week, and Handyman for installation of all the furnishings set to show up at the property in January. 

I am unsure my co-sign will be any assistance on an OO purchase.
