Unless he is trying to get you to paint the entire house, the $1,200 dollars saving in rent is still going to keep you ahead.  

I will, of course interview and do my own due diligence with these companies, but I just wanted to get an idea from everyone that could possibly give me a heads up on who's great or who to stay away from.

However, I would avoid neighborhoods where the vast majority of the homes are owner occupied and all of the homes are really well kept - you can do a quick search on county GIS or software and click on the homes to see if they are owned in personal names or LLCs.

This is despite there being other similar single-family home listings in the area that are not grouped in this way.I contacted Zillow about this issue, especially since when I search for my specific listing directly and click on the public view, it shows outdated information (e.g., old history) rather than listing it as available for rent.What is going on with Zillow’s listing display?
