The cevent app at the previous 2 BPcons was better than the plethora of means to get information.  

If I were you I would just delete that Robinhood app, go with something more traditional like a Schwab account and just buy some high dividend yield ETF's plus a few aristocrat dividend stocks you like and leave them alone/ manage them slightly occasionally.

Also, use technology (Zoom, project management apps) to keep communication smooth even with the distance.Let me know how it goes!

Apps that do more aren’t necessarily better, however.

My owners have my personal cell and can contact me about anything at any time.

Much easier app to navigate and use.

However I've been told that emails are highly preferable because they can track the IP address....anyone could pick up someone's cell phone. 

Every system you try will have flaws, or you may salivate over a feature that appears in other software.Some familiar names are mentioned frequently: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend conducting thorough research on each app online to understand their offerings, pricing, etc.

Is there an app that will layout a small scale development?

I would say this was the least organized BPCon (no cevent App, poor email distribution, my workshop that was $300 had about 20% attendance rate) I have been to, with the worse room problems (both ac and hot water problems in my room), and the hurricane issue (they cancelled the meal but many of the restaurants required reservations that we did not make because we were expecting the meal), and in my opinion worse keynote speakers even when one was a repeat (I like David Greene keynotes, but …), I enjoyed this BPCon more than the others I attended.
