I think BP use to have partnerships with them to so maybe you can get a promo discount.

What's funny is, you specifically said you want something that doesn't drain your battery, and when I went to the app store to download the quickbooks app the promo video actually specifically stated it doesn't drain your battery.

They go up to 80% LTV, no max limit (that I know of), and have a fixed 3-year promo rate of 2.40%
