Bonus Tip: If this quadruplex is out of state, I’d highly recommend building a reliable local team (cleaners, handymen, etc.) and maybe consider hiring a co-host or VA to help with day-to-day tasks, especially if you scale up. 

Always recommend doing a soft-pull especially since not sure exactly when you'd find a property but you can get qualified and get some estimates.  

@Jacob HavlovickBigger Pockets is a great place to find a real estate tax accountant.A good real estate accountant can save you thousands of dollars by leveraging entity selection and formation, tax deductions, cost segregations, bonus depreciation and tax planning.I recommend finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation, business taxation, financial planning and tax planning.You may want to consider working with your accountant remotely to expand your options.I would also recommend looking for a accountant willing to work with you throughout the year.

I work with Property Management in Houston but can recommend some great networking/educational events for you :) Check out Space City REI - there's monthly meetups with an educational speaker relating to real estate investing and there are plenty of Investors looking for Wholesalers out there! 

Talk to your insurance provider about your concerns and they can recommend the right coverage.

I would recommend looking for local FB investor groups, most areas have them!

My recommendation is get a self directed IRA and have the real estate be owned by your IRAYeah,  I have heard a lot about the self directed IRA.
