I'm in a very similar boat and was told to do a DSCR loan you need to wait 3 months seasoning period.

Maybe it's a good thing that I cannot find any real operators, or underwriting models for RV/Boat storage facilities. :)Who here actually owns and operates these facilities?

Hey Everybody, I'm in the same boat and about to have a client wire funds.

The big hotel chains really missed the boat on STR.  

My husband and I are in the same boat with a VA loan, and being told that since we itemized and deducted so many repairs, etc last year from our new rental that we can not count any of the 3k in rent towards our income, and so the 2850 mortgage payment doesn’t offset and therefore ruins our chances of getting a mortgage :(
