My concerns are what do I do if an inspection uncovers structural issues that can make the investment unprofitable or what if title search reveals liens against the property or if other such issues come up.

Title Insurance includes a Title search that will uncover all existing liens on the property.

I agree with previous poster that it’s all turning into one huge metro where the numbers are going to start to blend together.

If you do touch up paint when the original paint is a few years old it won't blend in and it will look bad.
