If this time of year is really that slow you could offer a "trial lease of 4 months or just do month to month giving you both more flexibility to get out of it if you desire.Your case is the exact reason why I dread having any of my tenants move.

I find this interesting because my first trial just started a week ago and I did 250 positioned to absentee owner of Multi's.To redo things again I might have taken your strategy and only trialed 20-50 per week or two.I guess now we'll find out how 250 will work soon enough....
