I believe my market is primed for this and when I get can get properties locked up with seller financing, I'm golden.

from my 10 years in RE, i can tell you, you can buy $30K Junk, or $30K thats been upgraded in the right places, i generally watch for vinyl windows, roof, furnace ect, big ticket stuff, if you can get most of it, but it need paint and flooring you are golden!
