In as much as I like to agree with you that circumstances and experiences may vary, considering the proportionality of surrounding parameters, I don’t appreciate Cameron's use of deceptive and deliberately evasive terms.....In my case, I paid a “Retainer” towards the potential use of his funding service….he (cam) did not pitch for a foreclosure course sale - but rather, the course was a bonus in Cameron’s own words during the webinar (prompting web-attendees to go ahead and pay the deposit, reiterating there is nothing to lose)....as it has become apparent, all those that did not get to the ultimate apex of closing a deal (with the use of his funding service) NEVER GOT THEIR $1000 BACK!....

After I run an ad and find a tenant I promptly take the ad down and stop answering the phone about the unit .I don’t return candidate calls and make apologies or wish them best wishes in all their goals and endeavors in life lol when the ad is down the place is occupied ..and I owe no one an answer or apology .

I have been a host with VRBO since 2014 and have been quite pleased with the prompt payment and service.

I would like to purchase and promptly put the property up for sale since I would have equitable interest.

I would also ask for a couple of houses/properties managed by the firm that you could visit to see if their idea of a good job meets your expectations.Or you could ask why you should hire them; and, see how many items on your list they include in their response without prompting.....

My very first tenant was prompt & to the point, she asked all the right questions and was courteous & non-intrusive.
