Chicago judges are notoriously tenant friendly, and rule in the tenant's favor in all cases.The latest legal hustle in Chicago are defense attorneys who are mailing postcards to defendants in eviction cases offering to represent them for free.  

@Scott Costello I understand all that however with $60 that's 120 extra postcards that could be mailed or 60 more yellow letters.

You can get a few hundred business cards printed up for $20 or less, with your contact info and even some brief bullet points of what you do, then leave a few at bus stops, laundry mats, barber shops, hand them out when networking, leave them at the door or mailbox of the houses you've noted when driving for dollars, etc... same with postcards.  

I am asking mostly because I feel that every postcard or letter that is sent out in direct marketing uses this phrase.

Some questions for those more experienced than me:1)  postcards vs letters - which has better response rate?

Other guys use dealmachine i think to grab and easily send a postcard but i use another system for that.

I think thats one reason so many lie about their names on the postcards and whatnot. 

I've sent out a couple hundred postcards so far, but haven't gotten any response.

Is the end result better or worse than postcards?
