Maybe I am just getting too old for such visions and prefer to take the tried and proven route now.Maybe you have one of those dynamic personalities that can sell ice to Eskimos.In all fairness I will also say that these types of projects get approved all around the country all the time and there are those that actually specialize in this sort of conversion.

@Long Di I don't know the condo market there that well, but here are my thoughts:-If you have a long-term vision (20+ years), waiting for a possible downturn to buy could mean that it never comes, or at least not to the level you'd pull the trigger.
