If we're spending more time at home, will people prefer a bigger kitchen, some outdoor living space, a home office and a driveway?

Underneath the extension is an outdoor "alley" walkway from the front yard to the backyard--i.e., there is nothing solid underneath this extension. 

I have hired a broker, contacted the planning department and have spoken with the owners of the medium sized outdoor strip mall of which my property is an out parcel.  2 contractors agree that it would cost around $350,000 to demise into five 1500 sf units. 

I will show a place when we're talking about still lacking trim & door painting, shoe molding, cabinet knobs, finished outdoor landscaping, replacement door locks, caulking, etc.

I love the area for its outdoors and everyone I know is here.

My homes will be smart, have robust home networks, and be equipped with fast and reliable indoor / outdoor WiFi.So, right now I'm in the process of studying for the GC exam. 

People wanted the log cabiny, rustic feel, but also... new, modern, clean... and here's the kicker... a luxury ambiance with outdoor hot tubs, indoor saunas, indoor heated pools. 

I am building a hybrid apartment/hotel that has short, medium, and long term stays with pool, gym, laundry, outdoor kitchen, and courtyard on site...in a great location.There is a lot of talk on the forums with very little real life transactions being discussed. 

Time to start getting outdoors more.
