As you move from one edge to the other, re-roll (roll back over the adjacent 2-3' of progress) to "stipple" the stain while it sets which enhances covering ability.

For those who believe in global warming, the next ice age or whatever the flavor of the day is when it comes to "climate change", those investors should absolutely take that into account in their investing strategies.

To date, this has been the single most powerful venue for enhancing my understanding of real estate investing. 

The only exception is if you are drinking foo-foo flavored coffees like lattes, which the Keurig seems to make pretty well.

I find it rewarding to get new (and inherited) tenants trained, to find reliable subs, to make process changes and enhancements that save money, or time.

Because the percentage moves are going to be slower, you could use a little bit of leverage to enhance your gains more.  

Be able to transform the community where I live into a better one by transforming houses that are already forgotten, decaying, etc. into something new (appealing to the eyes, enhancing the beauty of the neighborhood, etc). 

There is already talk of another big stimulus check hitting households and a longer-term extension of enhanced unemployment benefits.

I've been interested in the bigger deals since I started learning and researching REI as I'd like to have a more passive portfolio that will replace and enhance my household income within the next 9 years.
