I'd have a panic attack if I was tiling a tub or shower drain.

I can then choose how I want to attack the list, whether direct mail, cold call, or hand-written letters.

Well, financing as we know it hasn't been around forever Dion, only about 700 years, but it's not a stretch to go back over 2000 for cash sales, if you include goats, horses, chickens, daughters and such with agreements not to attack or go to war.

Thats plenty of time for them to wreck my property causing me a huge loss and heart attack. 

Notice, they won’t provide a smidgen of evidence that my position is incorrect; they’ll just attack my “motives”.  

True "buyer" agents are few and far between here so its best to have a targeted plan of attack and unfortunately it may involve being on island during one of your visits to get things accomplished . 

Just like MLM  real estate has been attacked by the dream merchants  IE real estate guru's its a great gig for them  they make boat load of money.I like the line from the Traffic song   Low Spark of the high heeled boys.it goes like this" the man bought a new suit on your dreams "  and that was written I suspect in the late 60s to 70s.. :)

However, they have the money to do so [usually], I myself like to have tight control of my numbers and don't like random expenses to attack my personal finances.
