A solid handyman ( or handy woman) can do it just as well or even better for a lot less.

I would agree with that perspective as a woman, even as one who is more willing to take risks.

I trust people and expect them to be a man or woman of his or her word.As others have said, the seller didn't do anything illegal although it makes the seller look unprofessional, rude and a man who doesn't honor his word as he wasted your time. 

You need a real private money  banker who is honest with give Money  Source  of America a call or trust a used house sale man or woman or confused.
