Every other month inspection seem extreme and may deter future tenants- ie: privacy.

What can I do to protect my privacy by having the pictures removed?  

We allowed him his privacy, and since he was such a great tenant otherwise, never really questioned about the girlfriend who seemed to be there all the time (but not on the lease).

However, Leasee did complete a 100' perimeter board privacy fence (in the snow) in January with some helpers.  

Minor selling points are having more space and privacy, a streaming HDTV, bbq grill, and outdoor recreational areas.

Another item is to consider is that llc's give you privacy which some people want.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate your request for references as we take our clients privacy very seriously.

Heaven forbid someone wants privacy and for it to block the light/heat, and doesn't have the tools or knowledge  how to install blinds! 

I do want my tenants to feel like I respect their privacy.
