Many may have done 100 deals this past year, but someone who does things wrong and never knows it, never gets hung, may advise you based on their success (and luck).I'd suggest also you calibrate your guru meter based on ethics in business, knowing what is legal and customary as well as fair dealings expected will be a good gauge in selecting an advisor in any business.I'm not totally anti-guru, most I see passing themselves off as experts (self appointed experts at that) have no business attempting to go where they go sometimes.

If "staging" has a positive affect on home sale price then what affect might "anti-staging" (house is a complete mess) have on the home sale price???????

As far as I know, a landlord can still say no to marijuana uses, whether it's medicinal or not - because it violates federal law.  

I'd be nervous as heck walking into court trying to get them to enforce some contract I'd drawn up myself in ANY of these places, but especially in the "anti-landlord" areas.

You could even put a second medicine cabinet (or storage shelves) on the wall left of the sink.
