Since I'm in NYC, out of state is most likely a must (because of the lower cost of entry).Good turnkey providers are hard to find.Really hammer down on the due diligence phase and take as much time as needed before deciding.I'd suggest choosing the "right team" over choosing the "right market".Thanks and much success
