@Phil Shearcroft technically you supposed to get permission from your lender to put the properties under an LLC if you the mortgage is in your personal name.

It doesn’t sound like it would be based just on what you described, but I don’t see why you’re even being required to get the neighbor’s permission for something as relatively simple as you described.
