I want to start investing, but a huge hurdle I'm not sure how to overcome is how to manage my $100k+ in student loans..Currently I'm on a 10 year plan, paying $1100 a month.

Yes I agree with you that with a higher earned income I can overcome all the obstacles of real estate financing a lot easier.

Overcome that hurdle, and then continue to grow the "snowball".

That would be a great idea if I can find a way to overcome that obstacle.The private student loans that I have are at 10.25% and 8.25% variable rates and slowly on the rise.
