I've got to say, no offense to law-enforcement, that personally, I'm a lot more afraid of being shot in my own home by a cop (in a mask) with the wrong address and a "no-knock" warrant, than I am of being gunned down by a nut-job in a mall.

No offense meant, I think it is a bad deal considering break even period of 4-6 years on a 160k worth property.

I 100% agree with the OP and i havent been her very long. when i first found BP i seemed to find new post that seem to have substance. now its all how many investors are engineers, how many investors are doctors and no offense to those poster but things of that nature have no real value. and if that was an out liar then ok but its more and more common to have things that dont talk about real estate.

Perhaps mail only to multiple offenses or some other criteria.
