Initially, it looked too good to be true, but even after finding some hiccups, I still believe it will be a go - thoughts, comments, suggestions, concerns are highly appreciated! 

Seems like if there were any unexpected hiccups in the eventual purchase, it could end up not going in your favor.I can tell that if I were the Seller, I would not be comfortable agreeing to such in writing.

@Carrie Giordano Yes I am still active in this business, we've transitioned to rehabbing for an investment group based in California along side, the estimate and repair business.  

They have seen it all the way through from A-C and I guess when it comes down to it see the value in all of us working along side each other.

We do not own any property together but we have since acquired more properties individually since working past this minor hiccup. 

SP punches above its weight as far as political and media visibility.The "downtown" (14th ave) is improving with several recently opened restaurants occupying recently rehabbed original commercial structures, alongside well established mexican places.

It was for our own security that we have multiple layers in place to protect ourselves when issues arise, but due to a growing list of investors working along side us, we have expanded our layers of protection.

Alongside this, I also have no substantial amount retirement finances that the bank can see as collateral.
