Currently in renovations, and will add an extra appartment in the basement looking forward to build it for handicapped person (There is currently a garage door that I can convert to entrance).Goal is to leave military within 3 years and become a Home Inspector.

The order is important because they build a series of steps where the "exits", are specific to the next "entrances".

The current easement uses the parking lot for access but the owners are securing a private drive entrance from the residential street across and exiting multi-unit tenant building lot.

It's 5-10 years away confirmed it with DOTD office but could cause major headaches for tenants then as they propose to block off the regular entrance to the street during the project and maybe indefinitely rerouting it somewhere else.
