Like many responses here to your question, I have had a higher number of tenants who have paid early. 90% of them have paid, had one women loose her job but paid, but women lost both jobs and I asked how much she could pay which was half.

As a young investor who is so new to everything, it just puts a big smile on my face to see other women taking on the world head first and accomplishing goals.

Women usually love it as it matches all furniture and decor.

I pick men and women to live together.

3:no more chasing after rent from idiots or paying ridiculous property taxes or water bills I don't think I have ever had one personally threaten me.. but I have had them commit suicide  357 to the noggin thankfully in the back yard.and 3 more swallow more pills than they should. the pills were women and they all survived.. the 357 that was a man.. sad case.. he did when the sheriff was at the door.. my secretary who was there was a mess.. not that she witnessed it  but cop told her to go wait in the car.. she could tell it was serious. 

All the great men and women (Ford, Edison, etc) who invented most of the things we enjoy today went through many disappointments before becoming winners.

I RE industry does not like Zillow,Trulia,Redfin because it empowers the buyers however I notice many successful Realtors are embracing those sites to generate more business.  

Very empowering. 

In our areas cheap houses are located in areas that as a single women I am not interested in going in buy myself.

Robyn even has a monthly meeting with just the women of the group.
