I am more disappointed with the overall trend in society towards strategic breaks of promises than towards your individual decision.

I am extremely disappointed that it has gone this far.

First, and not to divert too much, we used Mat Sorensen at KKOS when we started lending and we were extremely disappointed.

@Tom V. saw this price increase hit my inbox yesterday and experienced the same disappointment you are feeling. 

You are asking for disappointment.

Usually I flipped the places and did anywhere from acceptable but ultimately a bit disappointed (around $16,000 profit on a problem child fixer flip) to overwhelmingly excited on a $80,000 profit on a zero fix flip with 30 day holding time frame.  

If you painted it all beige/ tan without asking the tenant, they may be disappointed that they don't get that "lily pad green" contrast in the sitting room.

Of course it could be just my disappointment to have found no support from any real estate professional for an idea I was hoping to implement - possessing and profiting from abandoned real estate.I understand that you’re likely to be done with my posts but I would like to respond to your comments.

Very disappointing, however I completely understand.  

That's disappointing that everyday real estate will not be taught more but thank you for answering.
