@Sara Finley in the city of Philadelphia there is no “zoned school”. you literally send your kid to whatever school you want.Now, do people send their kids to the closest school?

Even though I’m always on the road working and will have to hire a property manager I’d like to have at least the first few to be closest to home as possible.Hmmm, "the first few". 

My attorney also helped (I'm in NJ which is an attorney close state), but there were things I did not need to worry about for these first few deals which helped a lot.
