Typically when you clean a carpet you are cleaning the surface of the fiber, and if the carpet is maintained properly this is sufficient, How ever a abused carpet will have soils, oils, urine ect. absorbed into the fiber, into the backing, into the padding and even into the subfloor.

And while costs would vary wildly from utility to utility, I would suspect JUST the utilities costs could be 46K or better.I know as an example 20 years ago when I actually did utility distribution engineering, we used to charge just under 10K for a pad mount transformer.

She indicated she will move the stuff.....basically she never moved the stuff, had leased housing cancel her lease (she was on section 8)..which was fine with me and told my carpet installer that when he was putting carpet in the other unit that she wasn't going to let him put carpet in her unit.So basically she made zero effort to move her stuff or "save" any of her stuff.Overall their was not a ton of water in the unit...the carpet and pad were soaked but no standing water.

I came across a small "park" that I may have the opportunity to purchase with seller financing - bear with me I'm just getting started in real estate investing, I wanted to see if I could get some opinions on it.It looks like its got enough space and has 6 pads, the owner says it can do 11 (some of its a little overgrown and I haven't walked the property yet.
