Hi everyone! I am interested in getting into the short term rental game. A buddy of mine has a property in Destin, FL and he mentioned that he is projected to make around $30K for this summer. I would like to know if this is the normal projections for this market area. If the numbers make sense, I would like to get a property in that area.

Well that's going to depend on a number of factors including number of bedrooms, locations, purchase price, etc. @Matt "Roar" Gardner is your dude for the details of the market in Destin!
