@James Camp I live in Brooklyn but I have my rental portfolio in pa , most parts of the Pennsylvania are Landload friendly and u can stay to eviction as early as 6th day after the grace period and rentals are pretty strong there .

Quick back story, this property is a SFR located in the 11208 area of Brooklyn, NY with an owed amount of approximately $374k between two mortgages.

We had a well known syndicator speak at the Northstar Real Estate Conference last week and she’s still househacking, in Brooklyn NY.

I live and have invested in Brooklyn until now but now I'm interested in looking further afield and Peekskill perked my interest.
