The area of town is seeing a TON of development (two 15-20 story office buildings two blocks away, 30 story residential upscale highrise with the cheapest units selling over 1mill, new four star hotel breaking ground in six months right next door and lots of highend dining and retail moving into the area.

We just had the Allure Vinyl installed in the living/dining/kitchen in our first rental property and we are very pleased.

When I sold my last house, our custom dining table became part of the deal and when we bought our current house, a truck and camper became part of the deal!

Most had to be prodded to actually file insurance claims but it does help fix things like a shelf being ripped off a freezer door, broken dining room chairs, and fan blades that had balloons taped to them, etc.
