@Ray Harrell, a broker's license is required for legal property management as it's considered a real estate transaction, you're taking strangers through someone else's homes and signing leases on their behalf.Bryan, do you have your real estate license yourself?

After all, if you were the person on the other end of the table, would you choose the guy that wants to rent my place just to rent it out to a bunch of strangers coming in and out all the time that probably will not treat it well, or the guy that just wants to rent it as his own home?

That's a common practice, especially in SoCal on multi unit properties.Owners in this case want to avoid upsetting paying tenants with constant strangers invading their privacy.

I set up Minimum Qualification Standards so that I don't waste my time, so I shouldn't make exceptions when I obviously don't want to get involved with this person.There's just no way a stranger can wander into your title company, her complete control of your home, and legally be able to have you removed.

Says he gets a lot of traveling nurses.I can't get my head around strangers being ok sharing a house with another stranger, how to handle the make ready at turnover, and if some potential guests are going to want to meet/vet the roommates.The upside is the increased revenue potential.
