I am not knocking your program, but it would be short-sighted to unleash young adults with the belief that they are now prepared to be real estate investors.

It was the investors ignorance and unicorn beliefs. 

If you are experiencing a belief that a GC, is high priced.

Hello everyone, I'm working up the courage and working through my limiting beliefs to start investing. 

It is my belief that most experienced RE investors leverage their money and therefore will typically choose to finance even if initially purchased with all cash. 

My belief has always been that part of the cause for such extreme rent costs in these areas is because landlords have to deal with so much BS in order to still make a profit.

@Steve Allen apologies for dragging you back to this thread so late, but I was interested in your reasoning of why you think the Boise area marketplace with change in 18 months (17 now I suppose).Is this based solely on the belief that a economic recession is coming soon or are their other factors in play?
