Here goes:  recent appraisal, survey, Certificate of Occupancy, Phase 1 or 2 studies, Amendments to lease, personal guarantees, diagram specs of building, POA docs, HVAC maintenance, sprinkler maintenance, pest control, boiler, copy of rent receipt, list of vendors, flood elevation certificate, existing insurance, tax bill, copy of all warranties etc. 

You can't imprison them without cause, they won't go voluntarily because they want their freedom along with the freebies....Some of the street surveys I've seen say that 90+% of homeless will not take the help if there are any strings attached (ie rules).....
