If you had a general warranty deed then it would be a yes.The QC deed just transfers any rights that person may have in the property.I can QC deed the golden gate bridge to you, but Since I have no ownership in this you would be getting nothing.Once you get a title search done you will know if you have 100% ownership with no liens or mortgages.

In any case i returned it and went with costco golden arowana LVP which was actually lower price than lifeproof and had 20 mil wear layer and the installer said it was the best lvp he ever installed and called it commercial grade.
