BrianIt's normally per pull, some counties it's free, others are a few hundred, if it's hicksville they will probably tell you to pound sand and come do your own research down at the court house.

ESA can literally just be any random dog picked up at the pound with no training. 

Nothing more important than pounding the streets and finding vendors doing actual work...
