I have never had a termination so far, fingers crossed.

And I generally don't do deals with multiple middle men putting their fingers into the pie and making my split even worse.

Personally I hate not having my finger on the pulse of things.

Put a new offer on the house (much lower to account for needed repairs) and submit a copy of the inspection report with the offer.Cross fingers.

But they pointed the finger at everyone but themselves and did nothing to make me whole.

I'm looking to start a path to financial freedom for me and my family, so I've been doing tons of research but can't seem to put my finger on what's the best route for me.
