Have an electrician put a temp service pole out back.

Then take the computer stuff and your accounting basics will allow you to see how and why you are doing something.The other aspect is that some programs may not have accounts that really match your activities, knowing the basics allows you to modify or manipulate a system in the proper manner.

You never know who they gave copies of keys too or how they manipulated other access points to gain entry again later.

Since we are only 3 months into a new lease I'm curious if I'm liable for any temp housing until she can find a new place (or any other considerations I have not thought of yet).

I have dealt with them on the temp. hotel lodging. on the hospitality side they always pay with a credit card,  they paid on time. as for the tenants it is hit or miss.

I'm (sadly) not tech savy, but I would like to be able to manipulate the site rather than paying someone else.

It scares away about 75% of the people because they are trying to manipulate the system.I would also provide a letter to your tenant stating that he is responsible for the condition of the home and that the law still allows you to charge for damages.

And in Milwaukee when the unit first comes on, the heat exchanger and cabinet must go from fairly often zero degrees to running temp before it ever begins heating the space.As far as leaving one till it dies before replacing...
