At my age with no retirement I feel under a great time pressure.So, I am searching all avenues, including Bigger Pockets for education and direction to figure out where my niche will be in this business and I am looking outside the box because the boxes I have opened have either been empty or too full and “complicated”.Happy to meet any and all of you here on Bigger Pockets as I really do believe strangers are just friends I haven’t met yet.

My dad says he first noticed it when there was a random stranger mowing the lawn, when he asked the guy why he was at our house mowing the lawn the guy said "The kid paid me $10 to mow it".

Equity Trust does allow this, in fact, their direction of investment form has an area you fill in where you slect fi the loan is secured or unsecured.Certainly if you market to complete strangers for their IRA funds, you will have a hell of a time getting them to give you tehir retirment funds without any security!
