Hi @Phil Fu, Yes, I personally teach most of it but have a few guest speakers on financing, land contract investing, Illinois in Florida markets too.

So I was listening to one of the BP podcasts (I can't remember which one) and the guest speaker brought up a really good point: Whether you invest in a 50,000 dollar property or a 500,000 dollar property, theres no difference as long as you really did your homework and know what you're getting yourself into.Now for a first time buyer who's looking to purchase his first multifamily, could this concept apply to me?

I did take away a few helpful tips and tricks from the speakers, but it seemed like we covered a lot of information that we should already know as agents. 

Have you consider a chapter for spanish speakers?

I like your suggestion though: the people featured in the podcast should openly talk about mistakes so everyone here on BP can learn.This is why...I would rather have NON-GURUS be featured as speakers.

Plus they usually have a real good speaker for about and hour.
