A banks willingness to sell/assign their interest can be encouraged if the bank has reason to believe that their attempt to foreclose would be met with knowledgeable resistance and/or repeated delays.  

They resisted at first and I just told them I didnt want to waste any time.

Resist the urge to take short cuts.

Hi, without going to the BP site mentioned, I'm pretty sure that Josh will not provide endorsements, that might be construed as an "official" seal of approval, but I can see why one would seek the path of least resistance.

I certainly see what Bill B is saying and it's probably the path of least resistance.
