Hi all, long time reader, first time poster here on BP.  

The level of experience and knowledge that the core group of posters has is far and away above that of the average reader.

There are some investors as members on here that are very busy that I work with buying properties on occasion.They are flying all over the country looking at properties to purchase etc.I only do deals in Georgia currently but they buy all over.So I would assume some are real busy doing deals and only glance at the site occasionally as that's all they have time for.Some are just readers more than posters.It's the way all forums work.
