And how can I find out how diverse the local economy is by sector (finance, manufacturing, health care, etc)?

The very reason why this sector is collapsing in my opinion is simply because they go to public (to make the owner millionaire LOL)...

Thr most important thing to know is that the Energy sector is this single driver of the economy.

Unless you are doing creative finance the terms are going to be what the lender says thus just use what is market.Most properties are not investments, the largest sector of the market is for owner occupied thus not folks looking at cash flow and returns.

They understand the bigger picture and understand that community leaders from all sectors need to work together to create cohesive developments that address ALL needs surrounding grown.

I am having trouble getting enough business financing because they claim that real estate is a risky business, and most places will not lend money for this sector.

I'm highly aware of how to craft deeply intricate & effective strategies leveraging psychology, consumer neuroscience, & other methods but I want to get a pulse on what the "template" is for the Real Estate sector in general whether that be B2C or B2B. 

More and more money is pouring into the real estate sector, not because it’s hyped up, but because people are becoming more educated.

The area is always expanding the business district as well as downtown, from Access to low cost regional talent, competitive real estate cost, strong work ethics and excellent facilities for sports, shopping, leisure and healthcare.
