Then you can review this law, or South SF's interpretation of the law section, to really ensure you provide the minimum requirements for your proposed JADU (kitchenette, 500 SF max, separate entrance, shared utilities with main house, shared bathroom, etc).

HI Guys...So I follow Jerry Norton (the guy is really a flipping genius) and he's the one that got me where I'm currently at as a real estate investor and I'm ecstatic about it and finally purchased a great deal for myself to flip in beautiful Oklahoma, but the reason i'm writing this thread is that I'm a member of his lot flipping program and I'm pretty good at following instructions & catching on rather quickly, but i've noticed I can't get past finding a lot for the man since i keep getting 'negative results' (which I interpret it to mean that even if the lot is given away for free...the deal would not work?)
