The issues: Not being a US Citizen (I do not live in Canada either, so pulling credit from a Canadian based bank I do not believe is an option.

If that could be turned into money, please let me know, LOL, we could make a ton in the forums identifying them but it becomes the job of regulators, not citizens to profit from catching the bad apples.

With the current home insurance situation in Florida making everything very difficult the only company that was able to insure the property was Citizens which only provides a $100k liability coverage.
