Wholesaling Real Estate from Mexico without being a U.S. Citizen

Hello, 

My name is Kaan, I am from Turkey and I am currently living in Mexico, Merida with my mother, since I am 17 years old. I want to know if I can wholesale a house in U.S. from Mexico without being a U.S. citizen or resident? A little about my situation is that I can call and sms United States, I am 17 so that my mom will be the one signing the contracts, and I have B1 Visa so I can travel to U.S. just in case if I have to be there physically if needed.
