Each record that you mail to should have certain criteria i.e. equity, SFR, a certain number of bedrooms, etc which it what allows to to flip or wholesale the property and earn a spread.

I'm looking at a Trailer Park that looks to to be a good investment, first time looking at a commercial deal and I think it might be priced to high....but I'm not sure.

I also looked into multi-units (duplex,triplex etc), but they all look run down or unattractive and the last thing I want to to attract the bad tenants.I guess my questions are: Are single family homes and condos good investment options or should I stick with apartments/multi units?
