I can understand if an ex-spouse would keep taking and taking child support and then spending it on themselves etc.I have heard before where that is a common compliant that the father doesn't mind paying more if they knew it benefited the child and not the ex-spouse abusing the funds.

Malcolm, thank you for the compliment - I don't know about elaborate; (but I love the word), i do know if you have been experimenting with contracts and negotiating, been abused by lenders, been circumvented by agents and questionable competition - you learn a thing or two.

Washers and dryers can be abused (it's hard to abuse a refrigerator) by putting too much clothes in, not cleaning the traps, etc, and a microwave can be run with no items, metallic items, etc.

They don't understand the value of things, so for them to totally destroy your blinds, abuse your appliances, knock holes in walls, etc. is a regular day for them.
